How do I sign up for Ivy Charging Network?

Welcome to Ivy! This article explains how to sign up for the Ivy app, add a payment method, order a free RFID card, and more.

💡 Tip: After you sign up, you can use the app to find chargers, start a charge, and manage payment methods.

Sign up in the Ivy app.

1. Download the Ivy charging network app.
2. Create an account using your phone number or email.
3. You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) by text message or email.
4. Enter the 5-digit code to log in.

Add payment information.

To add your payment method in the app:

1. Tap Account (bottom right).
2. Select Payments.
3. Select Add a new payment method.
4. Enter your credit card information.

Order a free RFID card.

Once you’ve added a payment method, you can order a free RFID card:

1. Tap Account (bottom right).
2. Select RFID cards.
3. Select Order RFID card.
4. Enter your information, then tap Place order.

Visiting Canada? Request a local login number.

If you have an international phone number, contact Ivy Support at 1-800-301-1950 or submit a ticket to obtain a unique local phone number to use to create a login. 

After you sign up, you can modify your phone number in your Account settings.
