The Ivy app allows you to schedule charging sessions for supported home chargers. Scheduling helps you charge during preferred hours — such as off-peak electricity rates.

How to set a charging schedule.
- Open the Ivy app and log in.
- Tap My Chargers from the bottom navigation menu.
- Select the home charger you would like to manage.
- Tap Schedule.
- A reminder on the screen will pop up asking “Did you turn off the schedule in your car?” because the schedule in your car must be disabled to manage your charging schedule in-app. Once you confirm this select Got it.
- On the next screen select Schedule.
- Set your preferred charging hours and click Save once you're done.
- You can view your charging schedule under My charger or make changes at any point if you decide.
Your charger will now automatically follow the selected schedule.
Supported charger models.
Charging schedules are available for select home charger models. If you do not see the schedule option in the app, your charger may not support this feature.
To confirm compatibility, refer to your charger manufacturer specifications or contact Ivy support.
Tip: Scheduling your charging during off-peak electricity hours may help reduce overall charging costs, depending on your utility provider.
