💡 Tip: Your total cost is based on the energy (kWh) your vehicle consumes during the session.
Ivy’s current fast-charging rate.
Ivy uses energy-based pricing across Ivy owner and operator fast charging sites. EV drivers are charged $0.69/kWh (tax-inclusive), based on the energy your vehicle consumes.
How energy-based pricing works.
With energy-based pricing, the rate is based on the amount of energy used during your charging session, measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh).
To calculate your total session cost, Ivy multiplies:
- Energy consumed (kWh) × Rate ($/kWh)
Pricing example.
Here’s a simple example to help you estimate your cost:
- If your vehicle consumes 20 kWh
- And the rate is $0.69/kWh
Then your session would cost: 20 kWh × $0.69/kWh = $13.80
Does Ivy have idle fees?
Some sites may have idle fees in effect, and if so charges of up to $1.50/hour will apply. Please check the Ivy app for pricing details to see if idle fees apply.
✅ Courtesy reminder: Please watch your app notifications and move your vehicle once charging is complete so the next driver can use the charger.
