Getting started.
How do I start a charging session?
You can start a charging session in three ways:
- RFID card — Tap your card on the charger.
- QR code — Scan and follow the on-screen payment steps.
- Ivy mobile app — Select the charger and tap Start session.
What types of vehicles can charge with Ivy?
Ivy supports most EVs equipped with CCS connectors. Some ONroute locations also support NACS connectors.
Payments & billing.
How do I pay for charging?
You can pay using:
- Credit card (via QR code)
- Apple Pay (at supported stations)
- Saved payment method in the Ivy app
What is the pre-authorization amount?
- $50 for credit card payments
- $75 for Apple Pay
Any unused amount is automatically refunded after your session ends.
